Another Tommy Gunn question to the specialists of the forum :

is this one a real Tommy Gunn item ?  If yes, I guess it is from the Zodiac period...

Or just a knock off ?

Thanks for your help.

Yep agreed - not Pedigree and, as Daz says, may be Zodiac - although I have not seen one in that colour.  Certainly the Tommy Gunn mould rather than Action Man (curved clip).

I've got a few collected over the years ,picked up a carded set awhile back also there were three in a pack a smg a browning and a m16 they were distributed by woolbro the browning was very fragile and snapped more like wax than plastic also the m16 was brittle the smg was about the best quality and as I was short of curved mags I used all the grey mags I had by painting them black

Cool card Cecil Coleman made the figure to go with that stuff also ,he was quite a good figure poor joints though but a good un if you collected knock offs. The card I have here somewhere in this mass of what my good lady calls crap and what I call stuff I need to archive has a cartoon type picture of people competion shooting ,not much competion with a machine gun lol . Just must have been made a packed for different companies after good ol TG hung his tin hat up for the last time
